Kepergok Maling Besi, Pemulung di Cikarang Selatan Tewas Dianiaya Dua Centeng Proyek Kereta Api Cepat

Seorang pemulung berinisial WA (30) tewas dianiaya S (33) dan SR (39) yang bekerja sebagai centeng proyek pembangunan kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung di ruas Tol Jakarta-Cikampek KM 31, Desa Pasir Sari, Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan.

WA dianiaya lantaran kepergok mengambil 10 potongan besi ulir sepanjang 50 centimeter yang ada di lokasi proyek pembangunan kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung tanpa seizin petugas pada Rabu (12/06) lalu.

Kapolsek Cikarang Selatan, Kompol Alin Kuncoro menjelaskan persitiwa ini bermula ketika petugas kepolisian mendapatkan laporan adanya penemuan mayat tanpa identitas di lokasi proyek sekitar pukul 09.00 WIB.

“Setelah mendapatkan informasi tersebut, petugas langsung bergerak ke TKP. Dari hasil olah TKP ditemukan 1 orang laki-laki yang tidak memiliki identitas sudah meninggal dunia,” kata Kompol Alin Kuncoro, Senin (17/06).



Dari hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan Unit Identifikasi Polres Metro Bekasi dan Unit Identifikasi Polsek Cikarang Selatan, diketahui pria tersebut berinisial WA asal Kabupaten Indramayu.

“Korban bekerja sebagai pemulung dan menetap sementara di Kp. Pasir Konci, Desa Pasir Sari, Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan,” ungkapnya.

Kanit Reskrim Polsek Cikarang Selatan, Iptu Jefri menambahkan sebelum tewas WA diketahui kepergok mengambil potongan besi ulir di lokasi proyek sekitar pukul 05.00 WIB oleh tersangka S dan SR.

“Kedua tersangka awalnya meneriaki korban sehingga korban kaget, kemudian lari dan dikejar. Bahkan korban dan tersangka S juga sempat bergulat sekitar 300 meter dari lokasi sebelum akhirnya korban berhasil melarikan diri dan meninggalkan karung berisi 10 batang besi ulir hasil curiannya,” ungkapnya.



Tak ingin kehilangan jejak, tersangka S dan SR lalu berusaha mencari WA menggunakan sepeda motor. Mereka mendapati WA di Kawasan Delta Silikon III yang berjarak kurang lebih 2 KM dari lokasi proyek tempat mereka bekerja.

“Dari hasil interogasi terhadap tersangka S dan SR, di lokasi tersebut korban sempat ditusuk kaki kanan dan kaki kirinya dengan menggunakan pisau. Mereka mengaku geram atas perbuatan yang dilakukan WA karena telah mencuri besi ulir di proyek tempatnya bekerja,” kata dia.

Setelah tak berdaya, korban lalu dibawa oleh S dan SR ke lokasi proyek tempat mereka bekerja sekitar pukul 06.00 WIB. Namun selang beberapa jam kemudian korban justru meninggal dunia diduga karena pendarahan akibat luka tusuk yang dialaminya.

“Kedua tersangka kemudian kami amankan, sedangkan jenazah korban dibawa ke RS Polri Kramatjati untuk diautopsi guna mengetahui penyebab kematian korban sebelum akhirnya diserahkan kepada pihak kelurganya untuk dimakamkan,” ungkapnya.

Jefri menambahkan selain mengamankan tersangka S dan SR, petuga kepolisian juga menyita barang bukti berupa sebilah pisau dapur dan satu unit sepeda motor Honda Beat B 4582 FOA milik tersangka serta sehelai kaos panjang warna hitam milik korban. Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 170 KUHP ayat 3 dengan ancaman penjara di atas lima tahun. (BC)

Partai Golkar Kabupaten Bekasi membuka penjaringan Calon Wakil Bupati Bekasi sisa masa jabatan 2017 – 2022. Pendaftaran dibuka selama 16 hari, dimulai pada tanggal 17 Juni – 02 Juli 2019.

“Pembukaan pendaftaran ini merupakan hasil konsultasi DPD Partai Golkar Kabupaten Bekasi dengan DPD Partai Golkar Jawa Barat beberapa waktu lalu,” kata Wakil Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Kabupaten Bekasi, Budiarta, Senin (17/06).

Budiarta menjelaskan Partai Golkar memberikan kesempatan yang seluas-luasnya kepada masyarakat untuk mendaftar, termasuk usulan partai koalisi Neneng Hasanah Yasin dan Eka Supria Atmaja di Pilkada 2017 lalu seperti PAN, Partai Nasdem dan Hanura.

“Usulan dari partai koalisi juga boleh mendaftar seleksi yang kita buat, kemudian nama-nama yang sudah mendaftar akan diberikan kepada tim seleksi oleh internal partai Golkar yang terdiri dari Pengurus DPP, DPD Jawa Barat, dan DPD Kabupaten Bekasi,” ungkapnya.

Menyadari pentingnya jabatan Wakil Bupati Bekasi, Golkar sebagai partai pengusung Bupati dan Wakil Bupati periode 2017 – 2022 sangat serius dalam mempertimbangkan kandidat yang akan mengisi kekosongan kursi Wakil Bupati.

“Tim seleksi internal Partai Golkar akan mengerucutkan menjadi empat atau lima nama, yang nantinya akan dibahas bersama partai koalisi hingga nantinya mengerucut menjadi dua nama lalu diusulkan kepada Bupati Bekasi untuk kemudian di proses ke DPRD,” kata Budiarta. (BC)

Pelebaran Jalan Raya Cikarang-Cibarusah Masih Terkendala Anggaran

Ridwan Kamil mengatakan dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan rapat kerja dengan Bupati Bekasi, Eka Supria Atmaja dan  pertemuan tersebut salah satunya akan membahas persoalan tersebut.

"Jalan tersebut merupakan kewenangan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat, namun memang untuk pembebasan lahannya menjadi tanggung jawab Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi," kata Emil.

Emil menambahkan, secara umum rapat kerja yang telah diagendakan keduanya akan fokus membahas program kerja yang berhubungan antara Pemerintah Provinsi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi.

"Kemarin belum dilakukan pertemuan atau rapat kerja, karena pak Eka belum definitif. Jadi menurut saya akan berbeda kebijakannya, tapi untuk saat ini setelah dilantik, saya harap bisa bekerja sama dengan baik menjadi Jawa Barat yang terbaik se-Indonesia. Bahkan hingga terbaik se-Asia Tenggara," katanya.

Kepala Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Bekasi, Iwan Ridwan menyatakan, pada tahun lalu pihaknya sudah melakukan pembebasan namun karena keterbatasan keuangan daerah, sehingga belum semua lahan warga dapat dibebaskan untuk pelebaran jalan.

"Memang jalan tersebut sering dikeluhkan karena sering macet akibat banyaknya kendaraan yang melintas tidak sebanding dengan lebar jalan yang ada," ujarnya.

Dia mengharapkan ada  bantuan anggaran dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat. "Ya saya berharap ada bantuan dari provinsi. Jadi tidak hanya membangun infrastrukturnya, melainkan juga untuk pembebasan lahannya," kata Iwan.(Antara).
